<STEP 1> Payment of items and application for overseas shipment
When you visit Ginza Soleil Net Shop from outside of Japan you will see a World Shopping banner at the bottom of the screen.
If you click the yellow highlighted link you can see overseas shipping service usage information.
Select a product and go to the product page, the cart will appear.
Click "Add to Cart" and determine the quantity.
Press the "Add to cart" button to the temporary settlement page. Please enter necessary information.
There are pages that you can check overseas shipping fee by weight. (The final weight is not measured in STEP 1)
With the completion of product settlement, I was asked for international mailing to World Shopping. Step 1 is done here.
Step 2 Payment for overseas shipment
When you are done step1, the goods will be sent to "World Shipping" where world shipping service is taken. World Shipping inspects and repackages for international shipping. World Shipping will calculate overseas shipping fee by measuring the size and weight of your package. Soon, you will receive a mail for the payment of overseas shipping fee. We will ship the product as soon as your payment process is done.
How many days does it take to proceed?
After STEP 1, we will send STEP 2 's e - mail within one week. We will ship the next business day when payment of STEP 2 is completed. The shipping period varies depending on the location, but please check the EMS homepage for details. EMS shipping duration from Tokyo.
